With PERI UP Rosett and MULTIFLEX, the high loads from the massive structural elements at heights of between 10 m and 12 m were reliably transferred into the ground.
Located close to Gibraltar, the distinctive “Torres de Hércules” towers accommodate the business center of the same name. With the help of the proven ACS self-climbing technology, crane-independent shuttering, striking and climbing could be carried out in regular 10-day cycles. Forming of the floor slabs subsequently took place with PERI GRIDFLEX, the flexible aluminum grid slab formwork with the specifi ed assembly sequence.

Torres de Hércules Business Center, Los Barrios, Spain

Like two circular columns, the two towers of the new office complex near Gibraltar rise to a height of 100 m. 21 floors have been allocated as office facilities whilst the top 16 m is exclusively the facade.
