Louis Boheme, Montreal, Quebec
Full Scope Solution Provided by PERI Achieving a Four-day Cycle
Louis Boheme is a new 28 story condominium building project in downtown Montreal. To keep the construction site as safe as possible, PERI has supplied a full scope of products.
The whole 17,000 ft² (1,600 m²) footprint is surrounded by a self-climbing RCS Panel system on the three upper levels to keep the workers safe and weather at bay during construction, as well as from keeping building material from falling to the ground. The panels open up for the cycling of the SKYDECK tables that are used for the 8.9“ (22.5 cm) slabs. Incorporated in this system is also a RCS Material Lifter utilized to transport equipment to the upper floors to cut down on the crane time, and a RCS Outrigger platform for transporting other construction material. With the usage of
these cost-effective products, the client is currently on an impressive four-day cycle.
