Expectations completely fulfilled Fast TRIO use planned with ELPOS
Exactly maintaining the formwork planning produces optimum results with regard to quality and construction speed. No improvisation is made on site but fast work right from the start.
This is what happened on the simple plan of this semi-detached basement in which newly purchased TRIO was used for the first time.
With the help of the ELPOS parts list, that supports the disposition, only so much material arrived on site as was needed. Formwork planning with ELPOS divided the solid perimeter wall of the basement into three concreting sections, which were constructed by the small team in a daily cycle, including the reinforcement work.
That means: the formwork to the slab could be started on the third day after striking the last wall cycle.
Clean, smooth concrete surfaces were achieved that could not be better: the structure is solid, the unit joints are plane and the grey colour of the concrete is uniform all over.
