Operational chart: Image 1: The latticework steel structure allows production of the prefabricated segments without any tie points. Two segments are manufactured, one after the other, to achieve an exact fit. - Image 2: After striking, the upper segment (B) is suspended on the latticework structure and separated by 10 cm from the lower segment (A), which was concreted earlier, by hydraulically lifting it (eight hydraulic climbing devices ACS 100). - Image 3: Segment (A) is moved on the carriage to the foldable bases. Segment (B) is then lowered. - Image 4: The bases are then hydraulically folded upwards and segment (A) is moved out on the carriage. The bases are folded back again, the formwork for segment (C) is erected and segment (C) is manufactured on segment (B).
